Tamara Berger is a writer who has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Her practice is Mysore-style and she has learned the Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa System — Primary, Second and Third Series.
Tamara teaches Ashtanga and Mysore at Downward Dog. She likes to give hands-on adjustments and is experienced with how to practice yoga with injuries. She has studied Prenatal Yoga with Sasha Padron and really enjoys working with pregnant yoga practitioners.
In led classes, Tamara tends to work Vinyasa-style with an emphasis on breath and bandhas, moving through a standard set of asanas to get the whole body involved.
