Ellen Fielding (she/her) is an artist, writer and movement teacher born and raised in Toronto. She has been dancing since she was 4 years old and has not stopped moving since. She began her teaching journey in Pilates and group fitness classes four years ago. She currently teaches a variety of movement modalities, including dance, Pilates, cycling, barre, and more.
In her classes, you can expect a burn that sneaks up on you! She loves to focus on targeting small, supportive muscle groups that you might not feel until the next day. She aims to fill her classes with high-energy moves and lots of bad (or good?) jokes.
Her favorite Pilates movement is a classic clamshell. You never forget the first time you feel your side glutes!
