Patricia has been teaching yoga in Toronto for 9 years. Starting her journey at Downward Dog. Her training is in Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Mobility. Exploring postures from different angles each week, so that you get a class that keeps you curious about your body and mind. Be ready to play, challenge yourself, and try new things in a safe, comfortable environment. Her classes offer a balance of strength, flexibility, mobility and mindfulness that leave you feeling at ease. Her favourite yoga pose is headstand, because it allows her to find ease, stability and a quieter mind.
