David discovered yoga in his early twenties and soon discovered his body had a hidden potential to move better and feel better. After many years and many great teachers, he knew teaching was the next step to share his passion. A personal promise to add continued education each year has led David to discover strength training and how its the missing puzzle piece to many yoga practices. He also has become a Pilates teacher and wants to share his knowledge about core strength and balance in the body. David’s classes celebrate all the different bodies and abilities that show up on the mat each day. Offering rich alignment cues and a heartfelt sense of humour, he aims to create an inclusive environment that nurtures, educates and unlocks your hidden potential.
