Amica Hilton began practicing yoga in 2006 and took the 200hr training program at Downward Dog Yoga Centre in 2007. In 2013 she travelled to Mysore India to study Ashtanga yoga at the source, under the guidance of R. Sharath Jois and in 2015 was blessed by Sharath to teach the Ashtanga practice, earning her level II Authorization.

Through the daily practice of asana, along with an exploration of the other limbs of Ashtanga yoga, Amica finds new ways to connect both with herself and with those around her.

At Downward Dog Amica teaches flow style classes. Students will be guided through a powerful practice, connecting breath and movement.
