Jennifer Helland, E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, CNP, is a yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist. She is on faculty at several yoga teacher training programs where she is sought out to share her teaching insights and expertise. She is passionate about helping new yoga teachers build a strong foundation so that they may move forward with clarity, integrity, and joy. Jennifer has been teaching yoga for the past 15 years. She completed her yoga teacher trainings at Downward Dog Yoga Centre (500-hour) in 2004 and Octopus Garden Yoga Centre (300-hour) in 2014.
Jennifer combines her background in dance, deep love of yoga, and passion for functional movement to create unique, foundational, and spirited experiences for her students. She considers herself a “forever student” always curious to learn more about the human body and what unfolds when one dives into body and breath.
