Throughout his life, Greg’s primary focus has been the human body. From an early age he gained an appreciation of its performance and aesthetic from various sports and forms of dance.
As a highly competitive athlete, he learned the upper limits of training and the consequences of injury. Through his training he stumbled into the practice of yoga and exploring the connection of the body and mind.
He completed his teacher training at Downward Dog Studio in 2012 and continues his training and practice here. His teaching focuses strongly on alignment, structure and safety; helping students explore and expand the limits of their bodies through knowledge, and strengthening.
