For those looking to dive head first into the Teacher Training journey, Downward Dog is pleased to offer a Module I, the first portion of our Basic Certification course. Over five weekends this Fall, students will train with Ron, Diane and other members of the teacher training faculty at our studio right in the heart of Toronto in the vibrant Queen Street West neighbourhood. Immerse yourself in study and practice as you explore the art of yoga instruction.

The opportunity to deepen your practice and begin the journey to becoming a certified instructor awaits! We invite anyone interested in attending to submit an application as soon as possible.

Weekend 1: October 1 - 3
Weekend 2: October 15 - 17
Weekend 3: October 29 - 31
Weekend 4: November 12 - 14
Weekend 5: November 26 - 28

SCHEDULE
Fridays: 6pm - 8pm
Saturdays: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Sundays: 2pm - 7pm

FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Module I: $ 2250 + tax

Deposit: $ 300 + tax is due upon acceptance. This fee is non-refundable.
Balance: Due one week prior to the beginning of the program.

In this case, a deposit of $ 600 + tax is due upon acceptance.

TEACHER TRAINING PASS
Once you have paid the deposit for the program we will start your Teacher Training pass. Included in the price of the program is a 4-month unlimited pass if you are attending both Modules or a package of 42 classes. If only attending one module you will recieve a 2-month unlimited pass or a package of 21 classes. We suggest you attend classes at the Downward Dog prior to the beginning of the program. This pass may be used for up to one year from the start of the program.

REGISTRATION
Applications are currently being accepted for Summer and Fall 2010 programs. In-class sessions for Basic Certification contain 20 spots; it is therefore important that you submit your application as soon as possible to guarantee your place in the program. Please consult the dates below for Application Deadlines and Acceptance Dates.

Notified of Acceptance: Friday, September 17th, 2010

Prior to your acceptance in the program, you may be required to attend an interview with Joy, our program advisor. A deposit will be due upon registration and this fee is non-refundable. The balance payment is due one week prior to the first day of classes.
