FREE! Sunset Yoga at Kew Beach this summer
Join us for our FREE annual outdoor yoga classes with Diane Bruni at Kew Gardens park! Set to a drum beat, under the setting sun. This year, we have added Kids Yoga on the grass, alongside the main class! Our next Sunset Yoga class is on Saturday, July 19, from 7:00 to 9:00. Click here for more info.

Yoga in Mexico: March 2009
We are planning a Teacher Training intensive next March in Mexico! Module I and Module II will be offered in separate, 2-week programs. If you choose, you may do your entire 200 hour program during a month with us in Mexico. Alternately, you can complete Module I here in Toronto before March 2009, or do Module I in Mexico and complete Module II at a later date.
